The villa consists of two levels. One the ground level there is an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with large comfortable sofas, which can accommodate one guest each.

On the first floor you will find a bright bedroom with a king sized double bed and a hot tub. The hot tub will be your favorite corner in this villa as it offers great views. In the room you will also find all the necessary amenities provided for your luxury vacations like bathrobes and towels. A little bit further, but on the same floor, there is an area with cozy armchairs and great panoramic views to the endless blue of the Ionian.

On the big private veranda of the property, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion. By the modern designed pool, you will enjoy the sun while having your favorite drink, not bothering about a single thing. You can reach the house either by boat which is only 35 km away, either by the airport (38km). The city of Zante is only 32km away.

Some of the closer ones are Madrakia (900m), Agios Nikolaos (1km), Vathi Lagadi (1.6km), Kremmidi (3.5km), Makrys Gialos (4km), Xygia (6km) and the world famous Shipwreck beach (12km). A little bit further, in about 14 km you can find the beach Alykes, a very known and touristic area, with cosmopolitan bars, restaurants etc. In many of the island beaches you will enjoy cold drinks at cosmopolitan beach bars, do water sports or rent a boat.

The island combines an intense nightlife and cosmopolitan seaside establishments with numerous natural sights.
